"A leader is a dealer in hope." I like this quote 'coz as a face of the team I would like to encourage all the members to cooperate every projects that we've handle. My knowledge in software development, project work-flows and code theory is adequate, but I've only little of the actual programming or work. My main role is to communicate well with the clients and to settle an appointment to them. I am the consummate ring-master, able to please both clients and team members.
